Your ticket can be refunded up to 72 hours prior to departure if you contact Esotouric by phone or email. We regret that there are no refunds for people who miss the bus.

An Esotouric gift certificate is just the ticket for your friend or loved one who is interested in exploring the mysteries of Los Angeles. Whether you give a seat on a single tour, two, three or the Season Pass set of four, the lucky recipient will receive a printed certificate introducing them to the Esotouric repertoire and inviting them to call and reserve their spot on the tour(s) that most appeal to them. Gift packages can be sent directly to the recipient, to the buyer or picked up on one of our tours if ordered one day in advance.

Q: What is an Esotouric gift certificate?
A: Esotouric gift certificates are signed, printed and numbered cards that can be exchanged for seats on any of our regular bus tours.

Q: When will I receive my gift certificate?
A: We ship by first class mail within 1-2 business days. If time is short, ask about in-person pick up or rush mail options.

Q: What if I want to give a gift certificate today?
A: If you need a gift certificate immediately, we can email or fax a replica gift certificate on short notice, and send the real one by mail. Or, his schedule permitting, you can engage Crimebo the Clown to deliver the gift.

Q: How do you redeem a gift certificate?
A: Passengers wishing to redeem a gift certificate should simply call or email to reserve their space on the bus.

Q: What else is in the gift certificate gift package?
A: Gift certificates usually come with a printed Esotouric info card, but on request can be bundled with our exclusive Raymond Chandler Mystery Maps, Charles Bukowski Bukbird posters, t-shirts or beer coasters, Shotgun Freeway DVDs or all or none of the above.
